Log into your Vault X account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
